Birds on Bikes hopes to encourage more lady cyclists to dust down their bikes this spring...

The first ride from Lewes to Plumpton is on Sunday 13th May at 9.30am.  Regular and rusty lady cyclists are invited to bring their well oiled machines along to Lewes station for a fun and fitness morning cycle ride with optional lunchtime pub stop.
