Whilst Lewes locals benefit from the Victoria community hospital and new library the prospect of a new library for Newhaven and

community hospital for the much greater 40,000 population of Newhaven, Seaford and local villages is now fading... 

Comments to Peter Jones Cabinet Chairman of ESCC for the library,Mike Wood chief executive of our local PCT for the community hospital and Norman Baker our MP.

 

The Warm Home Discount Scheme to be introduced this April will oblige energy companies to offer rebates to vulnerable people..  The following Macmillan Cancer campaign against fuel poverty supports the inclusion of their members.

Newhaven Library

Newhaven Library Funding Saved.


Thanks to community and broader support for recent campaigning, the Cabinet of East Sussex County Council has voted to secure agreed funding for building a new Library in Newhaven.
